● Check the previous minutes. If you are meeting the client for the first time than

● read his data sheet also gathers information about his organization.

● Previous day call the client & confirmed the review.

● Conduct the review.

● Write the minutes

● Mail the minutes.

● Call participants & ask him about the progress.

● Filling his review minutes in the file.

● Writing down the common challenges faced by the participants, which can be discussed

in the monthly meeting.

● Attending monthly meetings & sessions.

● Reading the minutes of monthly meetings & sessions.

● Check if the actionable are done.

● Revenue Generation 30%:

● Identifying the need while conducting review.

● Suggesting Or Selling product as per the need.

● Generating Revenue
