Job Description
* Supporting Senior Consultants in client engagements by conducting research, data analysis, and
creating client deliverables.
* Assisting in developing and presenting recommendations to clients based on research findings and
analysis.
* Providing the best consulting services to clients, including sales closing for research and planning,
execution support, as well as training and development.
* Collaborating with team members to coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables are
completed on time and within budget.
* Gathering information from clients, stakeholders, and industry sources to understand business
challenges and opportunities.
* Contributing to the development of client proposals, presentations, and reports
* Participating in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to support senior team members.
* Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues to escalate to senior team
members.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of project plans, work schedules, and project
management tools.
* Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify trends,
best practices, and
competitive landscape.
* Supporting business development activities, such as identifying new business opportunities and
participating in client pitches.
* Maintaining knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously
improve skills and expertise.
* Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing documents, and
organizing project files.
* Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
