Required Skills/Experience

Must be a Graduate or a Postgraduate in any discipline.

Minimum 6 to 10 Years of related work experience in any of the below -

End-to-End Transition Management

Project Management Experience in the Right shoring/Offshoring of teams/services

Experience in Change Management roles with End-to-End Project Life Cycle

Experience working with Global Stakeholders is a must.

Excellent Communication, Analytical, Presentation & stakeholder management skills is expected by default.

Preferred

PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certifications would be an added advantage.

Experience working in the BFSI domain is desirable.
