Position Title: Business Consultant Partner Growth and Sales Enablement

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales enablement, partner growth strategies, and business development. This role involves working closely with our partners to identify growth opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and implement initiatives that drive increased revenue.

As a Business Consultant, you will collaborate with Tally Certified Partners to analyze their business operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic solutions to drive growth and efficiency. You will leverage your expertise in business management, industry best practices, and analytical skills to provide actionable recommendations and support the implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Growth Strategy

Develop and implement growth strategies for partners to enhance their sales capabilities.

Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities.

Provide strategic recommendations to partners to optimize their sales processes.

2. Sales Enablement

Design and deliver sales enablement programs and tools that empower partners to increase sales.

Create and manage training materials, resources, and workshops tailored to partner needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales collateral, case studies, and best practices.

3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor.

Conduct regular
