Qualify leads based on industry, needs, and alignment with the company's services.
Cold Calling and Outreach:
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects and leads to introduce the company's services.
Engage prospects in a persuasive manner, answering questions and addressing concerns.
Follow up with cold leads through emails and messaging to maintain communication and nurture them toward conversion.
Presenting Services:
Clearly articulate the value proposition of the companys products and services.
Tailor pitches according to the prospect's business needs and pain points.
Prepare and deliver presentations or demos (if applicable) via calls or virtual meetings.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Build and manage relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients to close deals.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and negotiations in CRM software.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Account Management:
Hand over closed deals to account management or operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain contact with closed clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Ensure all customer feedback is captured and relayed to the relevant teams.
Sales Reporting:
Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls made, emails sent, and leads converted.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, challenges, and strategies to management.
