The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the growth of the organization by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.

Qualify leads based on their alignment with company offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product/service demonstrations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product/service offerings.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
