Since we firmly believe in organic growth, the candidates are recruited as 'Business Associates', and they get to groom their personality and managerial skills during their on the job training for 6-10 months in 3 levels. By the end of this training, they are at the team leader's position, managing and leading a team of 10-12.

LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer: HR/ Training & Development / Recruitment Process
