Position Title: Business Associate

About FMS Group:

FMS Group India works hand-in-hand with a number of brands/clients in six cities in the areas of branding, acquisitions, client servicing, and advertising, delivering sales and marketing solutions to over ten Blue Chip and Fortune 500 customers. We have 22 branches in India, spread across six cities, serving a diverse range of clients in industries such as insurance, banking, telecom, entertainment, non-profit, and healthcare.

Job Overview:

We're searching for business associates who can start right away and who will be trained and build managerial abilities on the job for 6-10 months in five levels of company management, with the possibility of being promoted to Business Head once the training is completed.

Roles/Responsibilities:

- Create strategies for new initiatives and expansion.

- Managing a team of 15-20 people and further leading them

- Oversee the marketing/advertising process, meet with potential clients and showcase products.

- Make presentations and demos at corporations.

- Attend trade shows, commercial events, and demos to represent the company.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries and communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduation/Postgraduate in any degree

Based in Delhi/NCR
