As a Business Development Associate/Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department's daily activities. You'll collaborate with senior sales staff to identify potential prospects, negotiate deals, and ensure customer happiness. Your primary duties will entail documenting customer interactions, pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering assistance to your colleagues as required.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior sales staff to generate leads and close sales.
Research and analyze potential clients and emerging markets.
Manage incoming communication, and respond promptly to clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively and promptly.
Maintain precise documentation of required sales processes
Attend meetings and training to learn new sales techniques and products.
Provide admin support - schedule appointments, and prepare reports.
Foster cross-functional relationships with marketing and development teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Other Requirements:
Good communication skills will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles like cold emails etc.
Familiarity with sales prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha etc.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similarly placed other products.
Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies to enhance the sales process.
Research and analyze potential clients and emerging markets.
Manage communication channels and promptly respond to client inquiries.
Knowledge of CRM tools is desirable
