• Scanning the market/area/city in which you are located and generating business leads
• Visiting potential clients and giving a demo of the product
• Talk to customers and Follow-up the Leads converting the leads into sales
• Maintaining active coordination and discussion with the HO regarding daily activities, proposals, and plans for closing deals
• Negotiating and finalizing deals with clients
• Maintaining records of day-to-day activities
• Calling prospects on the provided database for arranging meetings
• Identifies business opportunities from given prospects
• Research new opportunities in the market to find gaps and potentials
• Analyze competitors to understand and implement areas of improvement
• Advise the management on how to acquire more leads
• Achieve the defined Targets.
• Arrange and take part in promotional activities/events for the company
• Responsible for collecting the Pre and Post sanction documents.
• Repo building with the clients and centres
• Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support
