• Ability to work with cross functional teams like 3rd parties and customer
Experience in varied IT engagements like consulting/implementations/operations etc., with part of at least 2/3 sizeable Application building engagements
• Expertise in After-Sales and Service, CRM, Order to Cash, Service Management, Supply Chain, eCommerce domain
• Experience of closely working with client product owners and managing expectation
• Wide knowledge in story authoring, requirements elicitation, specification, and refinement
• Conversant with agile processes and be able to actively contribute in the sprint ceremonies
• Have Techno-functional understanding of the business processes and ability to suggest improvements
• Exposure in building Web / Mobile Applications
• Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling customer independently
• Strong customer focus – expertise in understanding customer needs (stated and unstated) and provide possible alternatives
• Experience in managing and contributing to pre-sales activities like proposal creation and presentation etc.
• Exposure to Agile development methodology (Exposure to Scrum)
• Experience with agile tools like JIRA for requirements management
• Experience of working as a proxy product owner to represent and support geographically distributed development teams
• Experience in working with globally distributed virtual teams
• Exposure to data migration, will be an added advantage
