Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the scoping of proposed improvements, and work with Content Owners, Product Managers, or other Analysts to turn business requirements into actionable specifications

• Work to mitigate risk while owning tasks, resources, and changes

• Work independently to provide for data transformation, testing, solving problems, and end-to-end support needs

• Utilizing advanced SQL skills to write custom queries, stored procedures, and functions

• Triaging production issues within CFRA platforms and working with appropriate Agile/Scrum team(s) to troubleshoot and resolve them

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, systems analyst or similar in a technical environment

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical fields

• Strong SQL skills

• Ability to establish and execute against project plans and timelines

• Thorough understanding of Agile/Scrum framework

• Strong Critical Thinking and Analytical skills

• Communication skills - presentation, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels

Preferred Skills

• Data analysis experience and solid understanding of structured databases

• Experience working against project deadlines within a matrixed organization

• Experience working in large, global teams, across time zones

• Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus

• Familiarity of Jira, Confluence, and/or similar tools

• AWS Certification
