What we expect?
The Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst will play a key role in planning and managing supply chain, logistics,
and transportation methods and results.
• Reliable logistics analyst to be responsible for overall execution of client’s logistics program, both B2C
and B2B
• Determining best shipping methods, carriers, lanes, cost management and on time delivery
• Manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and
customer satisfaction.
• Must have a track record of working in a collaborative environment and should take pride in evolving
the entire organization to create the future platforms for growth.
• Good knowledge of Inventory Management, Supply chain and Logistics
• Experience in food or retail and a background in supply chain logistics.
• Should have good communication and understanding on US geography
• Worked in an BPO/KPO setup as SME/Business Analyst.
Responsibilities
• Manage line-haul and last mile carrier relationships including agreements, service levels, and KPIs
• Be responsible for reporting on carrier performance and tracking internal metrics against KPIs
• Investigate and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve delivery reliability and transit
speed
• Develop innovative solutions to service our product and customers
• Manage, train, and develop our logistics program/team and CX support staff
• Effectively analyze available performance data to help drive Logistics network decisions
• Build dashboards to help improve Logistics and Supply Chain initiatives
• Suggest and build new analysis tools for Logistics team in coordination with Product Managers and
Data Team
• Help onboard new facilities and expand production capacity and delivery options
• Drive cross-functional supply chain planning related to carrier changes (., holiday planning, new
launches)
• Manage tactical operational projects across internal and external teams with tangible business
outcomes
