• Drive customer experience, Product Strategy, Envision, Roadmap.

• Design best-practice technology solutions.

• Understand and translate customer needs into business, technology solutions.

• Capture user requirements, conduct user reviews, and run stakeholder meetings.

• Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future

business requirements.

• Work with the Solution Designers, Technical leads, and Development teams’ team to bounce ideas,

brainstorm available solutions.

• Disseminate business requirements and articulate the best feasible solution to implement.

• Collaborate with UI / UX team to build front end application design in line with current market

design approach.

Required Skills-

• Overall, 6+ years of experience, Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst.

• Comfortable presenting and defending work in front of others

• Excellent communication skills, written, oral, internal and client facing.

• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and wear many different hats as needed

• Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus

• Working knowledge of Agile, Key Ceremonies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and other project related

tools.

• Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Tools.

• Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask.

• Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
