Should be currently working as “Business Analyst” in manufacturing sector.
Should have good understanding of Business nitty-gritty, implications and challenges.
Understand financial statement, Balance sheet, P&L . Good knowledge of Financial Ratios.
As and when required Drafting Profit and Loss Statements to check the viability, profitability, tenure to break even etc. with emphasis on the resource loading matrix.
Analyzing reports related to revenue recognized, expenses incurred, including explanation for performance and/or new opportunities for growth.
Variance analysis on financial results on a direct and indirect basis including trend analysis, business performance, management response etc. to be submitted to the management on a monthly basis.
Producing monthly reports and reconciling information related to client profitability/pricing, revenue, expenses, indirect revenue and expense allocations.
Closely monitor Fixed Price Projects to help maintain high margins of products and make sure no revenue leakage happens due to effort overruns.
Make presentations to Management on analysis periodically. .
Budget for resources in each project/ business vertical. Doing a cost-benefit analysis to achieve maximum margins either by suggesting raising the revenue from each resource and negotiations.
Have review meetings with various Functional Heads on the progress made in their respective projects in terms of cost efficiency to achieve project margins.
Assist CEO in decision making process.
Qualification: CA or MBA – Finance (Full Time).
• Excellent proficiency in Excel / SAP is a MUST.
