Job Description: -
We are looking for a Business Analyst who would be involved in identifying trends, patterns and concerns emerging from data and highlight the same to management. The person will work on complex fuzzy problems related to business/resource planning and other related initiatives, breaking them down into smaller parts and implementing creative, data-driven solutions. This position will be part of Product Management Office (PMO) of the company.
Responsibilities: -
Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining
Guide development team on clarifying the queries while coming up with technical user stories
Collaborating with multiple teams to prioritize and release stories & various fixes for improvement
To drive transformation projects towards business improvement strategies.
Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning
Analyze metrics, key indicators and other available data sources to discover root causes of process defects
Responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and business requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with software development and business teams for delivering product goals
