Job Description

1. Good communication and negotiation skills

6. Must have Wealth Management and Asset Management working experience.

5. Fund AccountingOffering 8 Years of total experience, associated to Sr Business Analyst in Financial Services Domain.

 Closely worked with users/vendors, cross-functional teams, business and development teams to understand

the requirements and specifications for new applications along with re-engineering the existing applications.

 Skilled in Preparing Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS)

for the new requirements/change requests (CRs) that needs to be implemented in the product/application.

 Actively involved in the UAT testing activities to ensure that applications developed are compliant with the

technical specifications and working closely with the development team in resolving the bugs/defects

identified.

 Performing Impact analysis, Gap analysis, analysis of procedures and problems to automate processing and

improving the existing business systems/processes.

 Experience in providing end user training to stake holders and technical staff to understand business tools,

financial products and respected technologies for new projects developed.

 Have good understanding in the areas like Corporate Actions, Business Analysis, Capital Markets, Refe
