Senior Business Analyst - RPA

Position Overview:

Business analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business to assess processes. We are looking for people who can engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. He/ She also determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst Responsibilities include

• To lead solutions discussions with the client.

• To conduct the Assessment consulting exercise.

• Map As-Is and create process flows while capturing all critical process parameters.

• To design To-Be processes based on knowledge of Automation tool capabilities.

• To run and manage and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilots.

• Work with Technical team to arrive at optimal solutions.

• To oversee Implementation teams and be the client SPOC.

• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis and process re-engineering.

• Business case development from scratch.

Required Skills:

• Must have prior hands on experience in either of the following:

• Functional and business knowledge of business operations processes.

• Business systems, finance, procurement etc.

• Understanding and creating process flows, key process metrics and standards.

• Working experience in Robotic Process Automation Tools Certifications.

• Six Sigma Certification is an added advantage.

• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.

• General Technical acumen to be able to understand product technical flow and system configuration settings.

• Problem solving skills to identify the root cause of failures resulting from software product or process issues

• Good to have skills

• Preferably having technical background of at least 1 of following - Automation Anywhere, C#, Java, Python.

• Need to be Technically strong on automation anywhere infra
