Responsibilities:
Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements.
Gather relevant data needed to evaluate and make data-driven recommendations about steps that the company can take and the tools it can use to make company information accessible online while also interacting and providing services to clients online.
Analysing company revenue, profits and losses, along with current employment levels, to make recommendations about how to realize savings and make business process improvements.
Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user training manuals and guides, and requirements traceability matrices.
Delivering written and verbal presentations to an organization’s leadership to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.
Conducting in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools such as project management software and traceability solutions.
Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to see if they’re still on track, and repeating the above steps as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends, best practices and digital technologies
Develop business segment strategies, research markets & competitors, articulate value propositions, and identify growth opportunities.
Problem structuring – Identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them.
Support other corporate strategy responsibilities as needed, including strategic planning, market research, mergers and acquisitions, and competitor benchmarking.
Skills and Qualifications
BA/BS Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics or the equivalent
Four-year degree in either Information Management or Business Administration or the equivalent.
2-3 years of working experience with healthcare sector.
