Job Description
TechArdors Global seeks a self-motivated Business Analyst to join our strategic product development team. The candidate should be passionate about software features & functionalities, technical writing and holds a good knowledge of the software industry. In this role, you will work with the product managers, to plan and document various application features and functionalities by analyzing the latest trend in the software industry.
Eligibility Criteria:
-A bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any other related field.
-A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
-The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
-Experience in creating various analysis reports at different stages of the project.
-Experience in writing business requirement documents
-Experience in creating Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)/System Requirement specification (SRS) documents.
-Experience working with wireframes and workflow diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conducting requirement gathering analysis by actively soliciting, analyzing customer and business requirements.
-Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
-Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
-Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing technical specifications.
-Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
-Suggest changes to management using analytics to support your recommendations and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
-Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX/UI designers and business clients to clarify the queries on requirement
