What does the Business Analysis team do?

The Business Analysis team works with drug commercialization teams at top pharma and biotech companies to understand their complex business needs and help them make informed decisions. The team creates strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs by designing and executing custom market research studies, conceiving new data analysis methods, and drawing insights from complex datasets.

What does your day look like as an Associate at ZoomRx?

-You will help design and execute custom market research studies, conceive new data analysis methods, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs

-You will play an important role on multiple project teams to create client deliverables of the highest quality, deliverables that you can be proud of

-You will have wide-reaching creative control and the power to make impactful decisions

-You will develop deep expertise in a wide range of topics within life sciences by drawing on existing knowledge bases while building new ones

What do we look for in you?

-A degree in life-sciences related/or a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, business, statistics, mathematics)

-0 to 3 years experience in life sciences and/or business analysis

-Demonstrated experience in preparing and delivering analytically-robust, data-driven strategic stories

-Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to work in teams

ASSOCIATE - BUSINESS ANALYSIS

The Business Analysis team at ZoomRx is responsible for turning just data into powerful insights and delivering those insights to our clients.

What will you be doing?

Associates serve as the bedrock of the Business Analysis team at ZoomRx, providing the deep executional effort and expertise that propel projects forward. An Associate's role is defined by rapid learning and building of the foundational skills necessary for a consulting career. A short (and far from exhaustive) list of what you will do follows -

You will work with teams from top pharmaceutical companies to understand their processes, business needs, and data requirements

You will program and deploy research surveys to targeted healthcare practitioners

You will craft custom analyses of complex, dynamic data (largely in Microsoft Excel), draw insights from this data, and deliver powerful recommendations to our clients

You will learn to adapt to an ever-evolving set of tasks and simultaneously work on multiple streams

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics or other quantitative disciplines with strong academic credentials

Proficiency in common business software tools - MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. A knowledge of R and/or Tableau would be a plus

A quick learner with strong attention to detail and one who sets high standards of quality for themselves

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

Above all else, we are looking for someone who enjoys building unique solutions to complex problems, and likes working in a collaborative team environment.
