1)Contract Creation in Backend as per the Tie up note received from Marketing
2)Adding, linking the listed centres according to the contract specific packages
3)Adding / Modifying talent managers for contracts on Head HR requests
4)Overlooking the work done by networking team , by checking whether the pricing and plan code is correct and matches the attached LOI or MOU document in the backend. Also checking whether the date of contract and termination
is precise and tallys with the updated data in backend networking module.
5)Managing and uploading eligibility list, active , inactive list
6)Creating centre links for relevant centres for report uploading purpose
7)Adding cluster contracts for relevant societies, by updating the contract creation template shared by the marketing team. Updating and modifying plans and packages. Adding and managing doctors for contracts.
8) Query handling over phone / email
9)Perform Testing on Development and LIve server for all the Enhancements / Fixes coming from Development
10)Report issues to Development encounter during Testing cycle
11)Update and maintain the G Sheet meant for Live Issues and Change Request
12)Provide Timely sign off on the Testing process
13)Explain the new changes introduced to the respective Teams
14)Take the Feedback from the Teams on the new functionalities and provide the same to the Development for further action
15)Creating SMS, Whats app Templates provided by Development , get it approved and provide the approved Template Ids to Development
16)Maintaining screenshots for server processing on daily basis for audit and internal purpose
