Job Description

Jr/Sr Business Analyst, is to liaise with clients and the internal delivery team in being a point of contact for all business requirements discussions to eventually help build client applications using GRC platform. Along with being a SME in the insurance and other domains, you are required to drive the GRC platform project with robust documentation and process flow mechanisms. Your key competencies are to include excellent business analysis skills, critical and problem solving capabilities and proficient communication skills along with customer first mindset.

Mandatory Skills

● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business analysis

● Experience in working in both agile and waterfall projects

● Participated in proposals, feasibility studies and new business development

● Has good experience in project documentation

● Has hands on experience in GRC Domain

● Participated in UAT and other testing activities

● Provided project demos to clients

● Experience in solutioning a problem statement

● Experience in working on various Insurance projects

● Experience in working and being an SME in more than 2-3 modules within Insurance sector (Ex: Claims, Policy Sale,)

● Should have knowledge of ISO , SOC2 implementation framework

● IT GRC Domain knowledge

Good to have Skills

● Business Analysis related certifications

● Experience in handling national/international projects of varied technologies

● Knowledge on JIRA, process modeling tools and MS Office
