Job Responsibilities

Outbound and Inbound Telecalling process.

To call prospective customers (Doctorates) and generate Prospect and enrol them

Qualifying new business leads as a result of cold calling on PhD data.

Create member interest in the product by communicating its features passionately.

To generate quality appointments for the sales team that result in sales

Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.-

Requirement

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

Overseas Education/ Tele calling Experience is an added advantage.

Male or Female candidates.

Target Oriented

Languages : Hindi and any one regional language. Knowing English is added advantage

Degree : Any Degree

Location : Any State or District (AP, And North India)
