Agreement: 9-12 month (stamp paper agreement)

Qualification: Any post Graduate/Graduate with good communication skills / Call Center Professionals / PG Preferred

Client Acquisition

Client follow-up

Client retention and renewal.

Grievance Handling

Lead generation

Reporting on daily, weekly & monthly basis to the concerned managers via CRM software.

Manage Client Relationship

Business development.

Candidate Profile:

Hands on with MS Office

Having Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Proficiencies

Must be ready to work in a highly competent and target oriented ambiance.

Well versed with the basic knowledge of stock market

Should be growth oriented and self analyzing.

Should possess excellent convincing power and presentation skills.

Highly efficient to work during long business hours.
