Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Gurugram. The Business Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, performing business analysis, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Business Process knowledge

Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with requirement gathering and analysis of business needs

Proven ability to define user requirements, identify issues, and recommend creative solutions

Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
