Business Analyst(Travel domain)

Experience: 3-5 yrs in same industry

Qualification: any graduate

Required Skills:

�� Experience as a business analyst for Travel domain projects.

�� Relevant exposure to the travel industry and related projects.

�� Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer

business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

�� Interface with Pre-Sales and Tech Analysts during client requirement gathering and effort

estimation

�� Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, acting as a liaison between technology

teams, support teams, and business units.

�� Excellent documentation, verbal & written communication, and team collaboration skills.

�� Outstanding presentation and leadership skills. Experience in iterative development

methodologies like Agile.

�� Experience in detailed requirements analysis and writing user stories as per end-user

requirements.

�� Experience in prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from

analysis through production

�� Experience in collaborating with technical teams to refine requirements and provide support

during the development

�� Experience with gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements

�� Experience with modeling business processes using various tools and techniques.

�� Experience with Agile good practices (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.)

�� Experience with gap, risk and root cause analysis

�� Problem tracking experience using various online tools

�� Building client case studies
