Business Analyst(atleast 2 yrs Travel Domain experience)

Required Skills:

2-5 years of experience as a business analyst for travel domain based projects.

Relevant exposure to travel domain related projects.

Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer

business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

Interface with Pre-Sales and Tech Analysts during client requirement gathering and effort

estimation

Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, acting as a liaison between technology

teams, support teams, and business units.

Excellent documentation, verbal & written communication, and team collaboration skills.

Outstanding presentation and leadership skills. Experience in iterative development

methodologies like Agile.

Experience in detailed requirements analysis and writing user stories as per end-user

requirements.

Experience in prioritizing competing demands from stakeholders and driving requirements from

analysis through production

Experience in collaborating with technical teams to refine requirements and provide support

during the development

Experience with gathering and analyzing non-functional requirements

Experience with modeling business processes using various tools and techniques.

Experience with Agile good practices (Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban, etc.)

Experience with gap, risk and root cause analysis

Problem tracking experience using various online tools

Building client case studies
