Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Product Development, Development, Project Management and QA teams

• Identify and analyze external client and partner business needs, and translate needs into business requirements and value-added solutions

• Develop a deep understanding of organisation products and processes

• Perform data querying and analysis to support feasibility of solutions

• Support projects throughout the solution development life cycle, from establishing vision & scope to validating requirements in the testing phase

• Submit final requirements for development & testing purposes

• Validate that business requirements are met through the project’s delivery cycle

• Review test cases & work with testing team to ensure appropriate level of testing is conducted

• Work with onsite & non-US teams for development & testing

• Communicate day-to-day decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff

• Provide functional and technical insight to prioritization process for change requests

• Assist with scope management, project planning process, and long-term strategic discussions related to clarity

• Scrum Master experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, planning and facilitating Scrum events, and removing blocking issues for teams

• Project management experience with planning and tracking project plans

• Risk management

Desired Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis/PO and Design

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• 5+ years of experience as a Project

Initial 3- yrs experience also should be ideally in Testing or Development roles

Should have good Agile Project experience in at least couple of projects

Preferred who worked on green-field projects on Web, API fronts (not on Off-the-Shelf products like ERPs )

Has tech skills in SQL, Big Databases, API (Postman), Basic Python etc and worked on Cloud Technologies based projects (AWS, preferred)
