Project Management
Assist consultants in project planning,execution,and monitoring.
Conduct research and prepare background materials for project proposals.
Prepare weekly tasks and the monthly review sheet
Manage project documentation and deliverables according to timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales and operations, to ensure successful project implementation.
Track project deliverablesand report any roadblocks or deviations.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project objectives.
Client Understanding
Participate in client meetings and interviews to understand their business challenges.
Conduct a thorough analysis of client business and data to identify pain points related to Human Resources.
Develop process flowcharts and use case diagrams to map clients Human Resources.
Data Gathering and Analysis
Define requirements based on project needs and scope.
Conduct process mapping and analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of existing Human Resources processes.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement in clients HR practices, documents, policies, and procedures.
Visualize information and data insights using charts,graphs,and other informative formats.
Talent Management
Assist in conducting job analyses to define job roles and requirements.
Participate in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Provide expertise in specific HR areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
Solution Development and Implementation
Evaluate solutions and develop HR strategies aligned with the clients goals and project objectives, considering industry trends and best practices.
