Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst with 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating effective solutions. Your expertise will contribute to the successful implementation of projects and the achievement of organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Analyze and interpret complex data sets, perform data mapping, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and user stories.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Perform gap analysis and assist in the development of business process models and workflow diagrams.

Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and risk analysis to evaluate proposed solutions and their potential impact on the business.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Support the testing phase by defining test scenarios, conducting user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting issues.

Monitor and evaluate project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
