ob Title : Business Analyst

Job Description

Assist the technical team in mapping the business processes of the client workflow solution

Understand and address client's requirements for effective and efficient System Processes

Ability to communicate technically with the developers

Capacity to read and comprehend logs, configuration set-up etc.

Ability to support the client in set up Plugins within the specific Shopping Carts

Knowledge of the shopping carts and operational experience is required (Shopify)

Eligibility

Male /Female with any degree preferably with Computer Science background

Minimum 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role

Basic knowledge in PHP, Web Services and .NET

Knowledge in software programming languages and software testing(System test & User Acceptance Test)

Good understanding in Database Management & Network Management

Excellent Oral and Written communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Work experience from E-commerce platform would be an added advantage

Should be an immediate joiner

Should be willing to Work From Office in the Australian Shift Monday - Friday (5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST)
