Project Management:
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning through to delivery, ensuring all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Ensure effective communication between all project stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
Track and report project progress to senior management.
Oversee project documentation, including scope, requirements, timelines, budgets, and change requests.
Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to improve future project performance.
Business Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives.
Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Conduct feasibility analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and impact assessments.
Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions and systems enhancements.
Ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverables.
Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent understanding of business analysis techniques (., requirements gathering, process modeling, gap analysis).
Proficiency in project management software (., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
