Job Description:

As a Business Analyst you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and helping to design and implement effective solutions to meet our organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, surveys, and workshops.

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.

• Create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and use cases.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.

• Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.

• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend innovative solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business analysis field.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or related role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a relevant industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using business analysis tools, software, and methodologies.

• Knowledge of project management principles and practices is a plus.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-fu
