Job Requirements:
- Responsible for preparing business proposals by analysing
requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system
capabilities and writing specifications.
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and
elements.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and
trends.
- Perform Quality Assurance.
- Help design, document and maintain system processes.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make
recommendations to the product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
- Prepare BRS and other business documents.
- Design Wireframe/Flowchart.
- Create test plans.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to discover issues, improve monitoring and
deliver better value to the customer.
- Build a bridge of communication between Team & stakeholders in terms of project
deliverables.

- Excellent at analysing and organizing information.
- Having the potential of being either a leader or a follower as the situation requires.
- Be able to work independently or with a group of people as the situation requires.
- Must be Self-motivated and assertive, but with a pleasant personality.
- Should be able to determine operational objectives by studying business functions,
gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data
visualization techniques and tools.
- Should have knowledge in generating process documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
