Role Summary
Report to the Program Manager & Promoter (Dotted)
• Responsible for development & execution of operational workplan.
• Own the strategy and execution of modules for a new business build.
• Drive complete ownership of allocated module & ensure effective coordination and collaboration between teams to adhere to timelines
Key Activities & Role Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management:
• Working closely with the promoter to drive new business execution. Work in startup mode by managing a small team to drive results
• Manage & maintain effective dialogue between teams/leads to achieve milestones in time
Project Management:
• Facilitating regular check-ins, tracking progress through KPIs, and implementing frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes
• Ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning
Strategic Planning:
• Facilitating regular check-ins, tracking progress through KPIs, and implementing frameworks to align timelines and milestones for high-quality project outcomes
• Ownership of business process analysis, process and system strategy definition, requirement documentation, and execution planning
Experience & Skillsets
Industry Experience:
• Experience in program management role – Relevant roles: Consultant, Associate, Jr. Program Manager
• Experience in pharma and healthcare related fields is mandatory.
Abilities & Know-how Generalist Profile
• Ability to drive varied modules & ramp-up quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Project Management:
• Experience of project management in cross functional environment with multiple dependencies
• Knowledge of the pharma industry, particularly in Trade generics.
• Strong Track record in executing roadmaps and project to success
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
