Key Skills : Must have basic knowledge of IT services includes website design, mobile application, SEO and Digital marketing

Role:

• Act as SPOC for customers, track complete communications and coordinate between development team, sales and management to keep development on track

• Device strategies to upsell new services to existing customers by showcasing value

• Update and track CRM database and track delivery and payments

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment.
