Greetings from Aim future consulting - We are looking forward for someone who is an expert in BDM for getting clients for the HR consultant business firm - we are looking for a person who can work with us as HR Business partner (client referral module and recruitment partner) - Should be able to get clients through own sources and social media marketing - Must have good communication skills and convincing capacity - Added advantage is he/she is good at HR recruitment process as well so that the candidate can work with us further for the recruitment process as well which is commission basis and a profitable deal - Payment will be done based on signing the agreement with the client and recruiting Atleast one vacancy for the company and it’s purely commission basis which would vary upon the clients agreement. - Interested candidates pls respond as it’s a urgent requirement
