Coordinate with Internal Teams (BDM)for Smooth Sales Process
Introducing New Business Development Managers.
Maintaining smooth relations with Existing BDMs and Generating site visits through them.
Responsible for new client acquisition and existing client’s retention.
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers.
The candidate must be able to convert Customer site visits into sales.
Strategies to achieve company’s sales goals.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions and inquiries
Communicate with customer to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Knowledge & understanding the real estate market.
Preferred candidate profile:
Candidates having 5 to 10 years’ experience in any industry interested to do marketing in real-estate industry are welcome.
