Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management
* Oversee backend operations for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
* Ensure all product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
* Monitor inventory, update product details, and ensure accurate pricing and promotional offers.
* Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints related to e-commerce platforms.
* Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance and generate reports.
Database Management
* Maintain and update records of sales, inventory, customer data, and other relevant metrics.
* Organize and analyze databases to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Product Launch Assistance
* Collaborate with the team to prepare for new product launches.
* Assist with creating launch strategies, including product descriptions and promotional campaigns.
Social Media Support
* Assist in creating engaging social media posts to promote the brand on platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
* Coordinate with the design team (if applicable) for graphics and visual content.
* Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
Day-to-Day Operations
* Act as a point of contact for various teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
* Manage daily administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
