• Oversee the daily activities of the housekeeping and maintenance staff of the bungalow and ensure that the premises are well maintained.

• Look after the upkeep of the gardens in the premises of the bungalow.

• Oversee the work of the kitchen staff.

• Ensure that the laundry work is done in a proper and timely manner.

• Keep a check on the security staff and ensure that the security protocols are being followed.

• Coordinating with vendors to ensure that all necessary supplies are bought and delivered on time.

• Maintaining inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house, including ordering replacements when needed.
