Position: Operator ( Bunching 630, Lead Machine, Mica Tapping, Pairing)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 2000 - 2400 SAR

Experience: Minimum 3 years experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Bunching 630 Operation:

Operate and monitor the Bunching 630 machine to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Make necessary adjustments to the machine to maintain optimal performance and product quality.

Ensure that all materials are correctly fed into the machine and are in the required specifications.

Perform routine checks on the bunching machine to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.

Lead Machine Operation:

Set up and operate the lead machine, ensuring that the correct parameters are applied based on product requirements.

Conduct regular machine inspections to check for wear and tear or mechanical issues.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace around the lead machine.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions to prevent production delays.

Mica Tapping:

Operate the mica tapping machines accurately, ensuring that mica is tapped to the correct specifications.

Monitor the quality of mica products to maintain consistency and meet quality standards.

Ensure that mica tapping is done efficiently, without wastage or damage to materials.

Adhere to safety protocols while handling materials, especially fragile or hazardous substances.

Pairing:

Operate machinery used for the pairing process, ensuring accurate pairing and assembly of products.

Maintain strict adherence to operational guidelines to achieve precise pairings.

Perform routine checks and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal pairing quality.

Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Quality Control:

Continuously monitor the production process to ensure that quality standards are met.

Identify and report any defects or irregularities in products.
