BTL Activation Operations Manager
Job Description
• To ideate, create, plan, manage and execute all BTL activities in the City.
• You will work closely with vendors, corporates, OPS Team, Creative Team & the City Manager to get everything in order for campaigns and jot out nitty-gritties for all activities
• Unlocking new partnerships and alliances, partners or vendors - you will work with your team and the City Manager to close deals.
• Optimizing the overall operational efficiency and being accountable towards the Profit and Loss of the organization
• Delegation of work along with monitoring and tracking the work of Delivery Team and Operating System.
• Manpower handler
• Create strong visibility and Brand recall through market dominance in all formats.
• Skills required as a Business Operations Manager:
• A Problem-solving individual with understanding of processes across all levels of the organization and the Operations division.
• Great leadership and communications skills with the ability to mitigate and diffuse Operational Situations.
• Hunger to achieve more and strive for the best and only the best
• Taking command and responsibility over the team while managing and assisting them in being effective and efficient with the process.
• Think outside the box when it comes to creating and executing campaigns and activities
• Be independent and highly driven - with the willingness to go the extra mile to make things happen, and happen right
• Should have an active network of promoters ready to hire
• Having sales and marketing pitching skills
• Pre and Post evaluation of marketing activities.
• Most importantly, you should have done this for the past 5-6 year at least advertising, Startups, Brand Marketing, and Marketing.
• Company has offices in Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Jaipur.
