Job Description

Responsibilities

Direct and manage the galvanizing operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of galvanizing technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply chain logistics for the galvanizing department.

Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and sales teams to align galvanizing processes with customer requirements.

Conduct performance analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational challenges.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor��s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

5+ years of experience in galvanizing or a similar field, with proven leadership capabilities.

Strong knowledge of galvanizing processes, including hot-dip galvanizing and electrogalvanizing.

Experience in managing production teams and optimizing operational processes.
