KRA: Broadband Gross Adds

Dedicated online lead fulfilment fleet stationed at Airtel store; reporting to store manager

Broadband champion will receive all the excess leads (from poor L2A XFEs & Leads beyond

XFEs daily capacity)

Broadband champion will call the leads assigned & take appointment from customers within

15 mins

Broadband champion will visit the customer & pitch broadband & black propositions to cross sell/up-sell

Broadband champion is expected to achieve >20% L2A with 75 monthly GADs
