Job Title :- In-Store Brand Promoter (Advisor)
Responsibilities and Duties
o Check stock levels on the shelf and product to be placed as per category.
o Maintain Share of Shelf of the stores asper the Planogram.
o Replenishing of Stocks if required from Storage center to the shelf.
o Responsible to Inform Stock out /Request to raise Order of stocks
o Maintaining clean & hygienic shelf space
o Check on offer running in Stores & Correct price label and signages has been updated at counter.
o Maintaining cordial relation in store With Team Leader/DM for good flow of work.
o Customer interaction and product benefits detailing & Promoting products for sale
o Following up with Customer for any specific enquiry and build required relationship for repeat purchase
o Daily online reporting of stock and sales
o Ensure all the planned secondary visibility is in the adjacent category.
o Ensure stock pressure in the secondary visibility.
o Attending monthly/yearly meeting.
Candidate Profile
o Good Speaking and Listening Skills
o Understand & speak Local & English language.
o Ability to read & understand the print on product label / brochure in English.
o Good & pleasing personality.
o Hard working, Flexible in doing work, Positive attitude
o Education : 12th pass / Graduates
o Candidates with working experience in retail will have advantage
o Fresher’s can also apply & will be trained
Salary
