Roles & Responsibilities:

To handle all aspects of marketing operations from a day-to-day basis

To lead the team below and be responsible for delegation of responsibilities

To work with agencies/partners (creative, media, outdoor, PR) and ensure quality of output from agencies

Responsible for market survey, product mix and pricing strategy

To carry out strategic initiatives and also work in accordance with AOP

To work closely with Sales & Architecture department/agencies and ensure marketing collaterals & Sales aids are developed as per deadlines

To conceptualize and plan events and exhibitions

To keep an updated information on competition and report it to stake holders on regular basis

To take initiatives to have regular internal brainstorming workshops on new methods and avenues for marketing our products

To ensure regular research is done to ascertain brand standing in the marketplace

To ensure regular billing processes of vendors/agencies/partners

To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

To ensure preparation and submission of MIS Report on Monthly/Quarterly basis

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Post-graduate in Marketing with 3-5 years experience. Marketing experience in real estate industry would be an added advantage

Proficiency in problem solving skills & strong analytical skills

Well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point, Word)

Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (English)
