Assist the Senior Brand Manager in managing a of brands through the development and implementation of the brand strategies and the initiatives that will drive sales
1. Sales and Brand development
- Recommend yearly brand planning
- Identify opportunities and recommend relevant brand activation
- Plan & lead meetings (Business reviews and agencies meetings)
- Provide support in consumer research process (briefing, follow up & result analysis)
2. Brand Plan Execution
- Recommend and implement consumer promotions
- Implement the agreed plans in line with budgets & work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure execution excellence
- Participate in new launches and innovation projects
3. Monitoring and Tracking
- Monitor market evolution and competition activities
- Track the progress and analyse performance of the Brands by providing regular reports
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing investments, brands & competition past performance, and recommend actions
- Ensure Marketing budget tracking & provide regular updates
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree
- Sales/Administration/Marketing or related experience
- Min 2 years of sales and marketing related work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Delivery on projects on timelines

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Eagerness to Learn
- Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
