Job Responsibilities
1. To hold all brand communication and develop custom marketing and advertising strategies and creative designs and layouts for effective communication and brand awareness via social media marketing & digital marketing.
2. Responsible for bringing the brand vision and mission to life and achieving the brand goals and targets Technical Skills & Knowledge - Requirement Actual Ability to think innovatively and creatively Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
3. Have a full understanding of the marketing mix of both B2B and B2C.
4. Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media, own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
5. Ideate & work with external vendors to develop effective & creative branding for offline market including branding, Posters, standees etc.
6. Responsible for assisting brand activation team with the planning of marketing strategies to grow sales and traffic and drive brand awareness
7. Coordinating social media messages with advertising departments, the brand management team, and annual company goals.
8. Working on all new product development ideas right from creating briefs to execution spending time in market to understand shopper behaviours working with sales team on month coordinate with all marketing and branding agencies
9. Responsible for overall management of events & exhibitions both domestic & export right from creating stalls to visuals and displays.
10. Measure and report performance across all marketing campaigns and evaluate ROI and KPIs oversee new & ongoing marketing / advertising activities devise and implement innovation grow
