role & Responsibilities:
• basic Knowledge of Accounting and Computer.
• ability and Willing to Travel, and Work in Any Area – Urban and Rural.
• willing to Work in Any Area as per the Need of the Company, On Either Transfer or Deputation.
• it’s a Full-time Position with the Company and the Employee Will Not Be Allowed to Accept Any other Employment or Conduct Parallel Business Activity.
• graduate in Any Discipline.
• at Least 3-5 Years’ Experience in Any Financial Services At Supervisory Level.
• overall In-charge of Branch Management- Portfolio Quality, Profitability and Customer Satisfaction At the Branch Level.
• maintaining Unit Ratio At Branch Level.
• will Be Involved in Field Travelling.
a. strategic Management At the Branch Level
• ensure that the Branch Staffs Constantly Strives to Realize the Co-operative’s Manan, Sadhana and Adhere to The
spiritual Foundations and Ensure the Compliance of Co-operative Act and Bye-laws.
• manage the Market Research Activity for Both Branch Expansion and Product Development.
• branch Establishment Monitoring and Roll Out of Financial Services By the Co-operative.
• developing Annual Business Plan and Budget for the Branch – Products and Services, Client Growth, Credit Needs, Cash Flows, Profitability; and Indent Funds Accordingly – to Be Done in Every February for the Ensuing Financial Year.
• set Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Targets for the Customer Service Providers in Consultation with the Regional Manager (rm) and Ensure Branch Achieves Its Overall Targets. Monitor Performance of the Branch in Achieving Its Targets and Analyze Variations from Targets and Report to the Senior Management. Support the Senior Management in Decision Making On Target Setting.
